Ideas are flowing and my pencil is a glowing! Doodling and drawing a whole bunch the last few days, and trying out a couple different work flows to get the illustrations out from my head and on to the paper. Whatever I can do I'm going to do it without compromising the art's integrity.

Stay tuned, whoever is tuned in here, there are some drawings flooding soon!

So I have simply decided that I need to just FINISH a flippin' drawing.  Why is it that I always want to go to the next drawing or idea without even finishing the one I just started? I have no idea. I just know that I can't develop a "style" of any kind if I don't get to the final presentation. My goal starting.....well no time like the present...is to actually do this before I waste anymore of my life.

Great at ideas....but terrible at the execution. For now.

New Year's Resolutions:
    1) Remedy the botched deadlines and then actually MAKE GOOD on future deadlines. Even though I want to have a career as an artist, I constantly shoot myself in the foot by not being as productive as I should be.  This HAS to change THIS year.

    2) And with the increase of finished projects, getting better at my craft(s). To actually push myself beyond my goals instead of being satisfied that I just met my goal.

All the other stuff....attain the body of a Greek God, win the Lottery...all of that other superficial BS

Will be starting to post (hopefully) one illustration, finished or pretty dang close to it, a day for at least for the next 3 to 4 months.  I have commissions that need to be re-started, started and finished.  Pretty excited to be able to try my hand at illustrating comics during this time as well, but only if I can get the character designs right. So wish me luck with that.

Haven't posted in a while, simply because I've either been too lazy, or just been too tired to do so.  I know I have a couple of opportunities to further my art career, but for some reason I just ain't making the leap or I am unable to make the leap.  Having a full time job seems to drain me. Even though it doesn't drain my want to create stories in my head and even have thumbnails and even entire pages drawn out in my head, I just can't bring myself to get to a table and do something.
Well....I got a haircut yesterday so maybe that was the start of something new....besides hair loss and regrowth.  Hopefully some updates will occur soon.
